Using the directory

101 Top Listings is a directory of local businesses. Anyone may browse and search listings free of charge. Creating a business listing requires an account and is also free.

Your listing content

• You confirm that you are authorized to submit information on behalf of the business you list.
• You’re responsible for keeping your listing’s information accurate and up to date.
• We may review, edit, reject or remove any listing that is inaccurate, spam, or otherwise violates these terms.
• You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant us a license to display it on the site.

Accuracy of information

Listings are submitted by business owners themselves. While we moderate submissions, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any listing, and we are not responsible for transactions between visitors and listed businesses.

Account responsibilities

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Limitation of liability

101 Top Listings is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
